Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Preparation of Financial Statements: Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, managing the balance sheet, and consolidating financial statements of subsidiaries and associates.
- Accounts Finalization: Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of accounts finalization under Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual statutory audits.
- Yearly Assessments Management: Manage yearly financial assessments and ensure accurate reporting.
- MIS and Reporting: Prepare, analyze and monitor Management Information System (MIS) reports and other financial reports as required.
- Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of Post-Articleship experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in handling the finalization of accounts for at least one mid sized entity independently.
- Knowledge and Awareness: Adept at reading, understanding, and staying updated with IND AS standards and other relevant accounts-related compliance and changes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
