TasksWhat you can expect
- Maintaining contact and correspondence with customers by e-mail and phone
- Answer and deal with B2B customer inquiries
- Create offers and documentation
- Prepare sales documents, data sheets, and shipping documents for export
- Readiness to travel and visit customers
Your profile
- University, Technical or Life Sciences degree
- Ideally experience in a similar function (in Life Sciences/B2B field)
- Chinese (native), English (fluent)
- Very good MS-Office skills
- Structured way of working
- Quick comprehension
- Service-oriented mindset
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment
- Interested in working in a B2B company that works with biochemical human products (serums, plasmas, antibodies)
