About Our Client

My client is a well established, leading Blockchain Project, that employs a world class team. We are looking to hire a Head of Product (m/f/d).

Job Description

  • You will lead the way and inspire the team to develop outstanding technical products that can gain wider adoption
  • You will own the product roadmap from beginning to end, and ensure its timely delivery according to a smart, ambitious and yet deliverable roadmap
  • You will explore currently available technical products, seek to improve the current product offerings and develop new products in close collaboration with different teams ranging from the engineering team to the business development team
  • You will be the main focal point of contact between the technical teams and the business development and marketing teams, being an important bridge between the two
  • You will further seek collaboration between different ecosystem partners, whose feedback should be gained and incorporated in the product roadmap to ensure the products gain traction

The Successful Applicant

  • You bring years of experience as a senior product manager and head of product
  • Ideally, you bring a track record of developing products in Web3 that gained wider adoption and popularity
  • Alternatively, you bring a track record from building widely adopted products in the Web2 world, and have gained some experience in the Web3 world
  • You bring deep understanding of the Web3 world, including Blockchain / distributed systems, understanding of different ecosystems, layer1s, layer2s, cryptography
  • Excellent leadership skills, gained from previous managerial experience
  • You are a positive personality, easy to work with, yet you strive for excellence and are driven by your passion to build worldclass products
  • You combine the structured approach of working in Web2, with the creativity and experimentality of Web3
