Job Description

Luminary Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Product Management to lead the development of innovative Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, guide product development, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of our RWE product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer Insights and Market Analysis: Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Product Requirements and User Stories: Translate product strategy and customer requirements into clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and guide product enhancements.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and drive customer-centric product development.
  • Industry Trends and Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space.
  • Client Representation: Represent Luminary Group in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated track record of success in driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market efforts.
  • RWE Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the RWE domain, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is highly desired.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
