Die Bachem-Gruppe investiert in einen neuen Standort im Sisslerfeld in der Nordwestschweiz. Dieser Schritt ist Teil der langfristigen Strategie zur Erweiterung der Produktionskapazität bis zum Ende des Jahrzehnts. Der neue Standort wird eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erfüllung dieser Ziele spielen.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position als Head of Manufacturing Sisslerfeld (BSF) sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil des Nutzerteams und definieren die Anforderungen für die Produktionsgebäude innerhalb des Projektes. Neben der fachlichen Verantwortung sind Sie im Umfeld des produzierenden Bereiches die verantwortliche Ansprechperson für den phasengerechten Aufbau eines erweiterten Produktionsteams. Sie berichten dabei an den Head of Site Development.

Ihre Erfahrung in operativer Führung und im Aufbau einer projektgetriebenen Userorganisation in der CMO-Pharma- oder Chemiebranche ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich souverän innerhalb des Projektes zu bewegen und zum langfristigen Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen. Die Initiierungsphase des Projektes bietet Ihnen einzigartige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie nehmen die Rolle des «Manufacturing» im Projekt ein, und definieren die nötigen Anforderungen (URS, SOPs, Ermitteln von Massenströmen, In- und Output, Einbindung von Operational Excellence, Produktionsphilosophie, etc.) auf deren Basis die Projektierung stattfindet.
  • Sie etablieren die Produktionslogistik in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkslogistik.
  • Sie reviewen und genehmigen Milestones (Stage-Gate Reviews), die im Kontext der Produktion erstellt werden müssen.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für eine effiziente Prozessauslegung, in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Engineering, MSAT sowie potenziellen Kunden.
  • Sie sorgen für eine Sicherstellung aller regulatorischen Auflagen aus Produktionssicht (GMP und Umwelt).
  • Sie implementieren die Führungsstruktur für den Bereich Manufacturing, und führen Ihr neu aufzubauendes Team entsprechend den geltenden Bachem-Führungsprinzipien.
  • Gegen Ende der Projektphase sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen reibungslosen Übergang ins operative Tagesgeschäft (ramp-up Phase).

Ihr Profil:

  • Promotion in Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige (mind. 8 Jahre) und fundierte Kenntnisse chemischer Produktionsprozesse zum Aufbau von Peptiden mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung in leitender Position.
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv Teams zu führen, zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und starkes Commitment für die Organisation.
  • Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit für den Aufbau eines Werks mit Pioniergedanke. Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig mit hoher Qualität bewältigen zu können.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zu interagieren.
  • Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, um zeitkritische Anforderungen zu erfüllen.
