Due to the continuing growth, Nidecker Group is looking for a Snowboard Product CAD Designer. Nidecker Group is located in Rolle - Switzerland - on the French-Swiss Riviera, close to the Alps and the Lake Leman. The Group manages some of the best snowboarding brands in the world as Nidecker, Jones, Yes, Now & Flow. For more information you can visit our website.

As a CAD Designer, you will be working with and reporting to the Brand and Product Line Managers of Nidecker, Yes, Jones, Now or Flow. You will be responsible for the design & development of corresponding products, from conception to final 3D modelling. You will work closely with team riders, sales, and marketing departments to create high-quality, innovative snowboard products that meet customer needs and exceed industry standards.

With our office in Rolle and production in China, Vietnam, Dubai, Europe and other production countries, we can offer an interesting challenge for those who have experience in Snowboarding or Outdoor Sport. Tasks

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Strong expertise of 3D Modeling Software (Solidworks, Catia or similar) - Surfaced and complex modelling skills is mandatory.
- Knowledge of product materials, manufacturing processes and product development
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Personal Interest for Snowboarding or Outdoor Sports.
- Experience in Snowboards or Sporting Goods Product development is an advantage.
- Fluent English (speaking & writing); French is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2Y Job Experience in engineering, product design or technical field. Junior and motivated profiles are also welcome.

**Requirements**:
**What you should bring to the table**:

- Advanced skills and knowledge in 3D modelling, manufacturing process and plastic injection;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well as participate in a team-based product development process ;
- Work on the entire creation process - from ideation, 2D / 3D sketching, and concept development to production tech-packs, prototypes, sample reviews, and final sign-off.
- Excellent time management skills to meet frequent deadlines.
- Affinity for International trips to visit factories (4-6 weeks/year).
- Extremely organised and detail oriented ;
- Ability to think creatively about new product ideas and how to improve upon existing products ;
