A financial institution specialised in personalized financial services, including wealth management, investment advice, and private banking services is seeking a:

Relationship Management Assistant - Private Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of managing a client portfolio, prioritizing client needs at all times.
  • Serve as the primary expert in administering client accounts, handling tasks such as cash management, transfers, stock exchange orders, execution control, and the renewal of fiduciary deposits.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks by closely monitoring risk and compliance indicators.
  • Support relationship managers with KYC matters, assist in organizing client meetings, and help prepare investment proposals.
  • Ensure the efficient and seamless opening and closing of accounts.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant in the Wealth Management industry.
  • University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (such as CWMA) are an asset.
  • Fluency in both English and French, with strong communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
  • Swiss residency is required.
