Your main duties as an Analytical Lab Technician will include:

  • Focusing on developing and optimizing analytical methods to control and monitor chemical manufacturing processes and products.
  • Planning and performing development of analytical methods in a non-GMP environment.
  • Utilizing obtained analytical methods to generate data on development samples and prepare the method for transfer to a GMP lab.

Additional duties will include:

  • Working with Mixed Modality technologies such as Radioligand Therapies, Antibody Drug Conjugates, and Oligonucleotides.
  • Maintaining all relevant lab infrastructure and supporting order and housekeeping of chemicals and reagents required.

Your Background:

  • Minimum requirement is successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship (focus on analytics). Position is also open to applicants with BSc or MSc.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in method development of analytical methods in a relevant environment.
  • Proven knowledge of relevant analytical technologies, such as HPLC/UHPLC including hyphenation with CAD, QTOF, and other MS-based detection. Further knowledge in GC/HS-GC, KF and other titration systems is desirable.
  • Proven experience in the analysis of Mixed Modalities such as ADCs, peptides, Radioligand Therapy, or Oligonucleotides is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of software and computer tools such as the Office package and chromatography data-evaluation software (e.g., Chromeleon).

Languages:

Adequate knowledge of the English language is required (oral and written); German and other language skills are beneficial.
