How will you make an impact?

SALES

  1. Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).
  2. Maximize profit whilst controlling & minimizing costs (discount, general expenses, third party commissions).
  3. Regularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with Salon Manager, to further refine future sales projections.
  4. Organize private viewing with potential VIPs in your region.
  5. Discuss business opportunities/Action Plans of potential prospects with Salon Manager.
  6. Act as a reference in terms of building action plans to achieve personal targets.
  7. Assist Salon Manager in exceeding sales targets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).
  8. Achieve Boutique KPIs defined by Salon Manager and/or regional brand manager.
  9. Learn and support the Salon Manager with implementing HQ commercial guidelines (Retail Manual).
  10. Support the preparation and delivery of monthly salon meetings and follow-up actions.
  11. Analyze each salon visit with concerned sales member and build action plan for possible conversion/retention.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  1. Act as a manager-on-duty when the Salon Manager is absent.
  2. Identify and share with the Salon Manager the training needs of team members.
  3. Ensure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated to Salon Manager.
  4. Responsible for supporting the Salon Manager in integrating and training new and existing team members.
  5. Monitor staff appearances and behavior, in line with company policy and boutique guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc).
  6. Provide support to Salon Manager in coaching of each team member and collective objectives, via (not limited to) team meetings, on the job trainings, assignment of tasks, and feedback on expectations.
  7. Organize salon team schedules and solve conflicts, to ensure work equality of staff in terms of working hours and opportunities.

STORE MANAGEMENT

  1. Ensure Excellence in and out of the salon.
  2. Ensure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
  3. Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills, at any given time, with partners or local dignitaries.
  4. Responsible for overall appearance and maintenance of the salon in accordance to brand guidelines and concept.
  5. Assist in timely salon implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandising concepts.

STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  1. Learn and practice compliance with Group and Brand (Retail Manual) procedures.
  2. Act as a manager-on-duty when the Salon Manager is absent.
  3. Actively ensure accuracy of monthly (quarterly, yearly) stocktaking and quality control.
  4. Actively ensure all measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times.
  5. Ensure maintenance of all boutique timepieces when necessary: changing of straps polishing, servicing, etc.
  6. Weekly follow up with regional head office for stock replenishments and active order requests.

FINANCIAL & CASH REGISTER CONTROL

  1. Compliance with procedures, and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
  2. Control cash register.

REPORTING

  1. Ensure timely reporting of sales (daily, monthly) in accordance with salon, brand and sales manager.
  2. Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing operation to define action plans for implementation.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES

  1. Support and ensure the salon team confidently delivers Lange selling ceremony.
  2. Be part of a positive atmosphere within the salon; optimistic, constructive, helpful, confident, etc.
  3. Proactively participate in VIP events and orders, be considerate of our salon opportunities.
  4. Ensure accurate and genuine relationship building with customers.
  5. Ensure attention to existing and new recruitment of VIP, customer and prospect database for salon sales and marketing activities.
  6. Individually handle with care client complaints, and immediately report to Salon Manager brand product related issues.
  7. Follow up and coordinate individual repairs and after sales related matters with Sales Administrators.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  1. Great understanding for luxury retail sales floor operations.
  2. 3 years of retail management experience in the luxury industry preferably within fine watchmaking.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. Commercial sense, ‘can do’ attitude and proactiveness.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Team player and the ability to work well within a team.
  7. At ease with digital tools, proficiency in MS Office software, proficiency in SAP preferred.
  8. Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
