Our client is a leading M&A boutique based in Zurich, Switzerland, specializing in providing strategic advisory services to clients across various industries. The team is comprised of highly skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results and creating value for our clients.

Position Overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Vice President to join their team. As a key member of the M&A advisory practice, you will play a critical role in executing transactions, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in M&A to contribute to our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, financial sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on various M&A-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, cultivating leads, and participating in pitch presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and managing client relationships.
