Job Description

The Group Leader of Digital Customer Experience and Integration plays a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of the company by leading the development, implementation, and optimization of the digital customer platform and integrating other digital products. This role is responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy that aligns with both business objectives and customer needs, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

  1. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team focused on digital platform development, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking digital strategy for the customer platform that directly supports and accelerates the company's overarching business goals.
  3. Serve as a thought leader and subject-matter expert, driving innovation through idea generation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Provide leadership in shaping the platform's structure and roadmap, identifying key milestones, and driving continuous improvement to adapt to changing market conditions.
  5. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of digital customer experience, while proactively identifying opportunities for new partnerships with external companies.
Qualifications
  1. Extensive experience in digital platform development, management, and continuous optimization. Solid understanding of the Waste-to-X business model, particularly in the context of Greentech and waste-to-energy solutions.
  2. Strong understanding of various business applications and those functionalities and processes, including ERP, CRM, EAM/CMMS, PDM, DMS and CMS.
  3. 5+ years of experience in a similar role as Leader Digital Customer Experience & Integration.
  4. University/Masters degree preferably in Engineering, Business or equivalent education.
  5. Business fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
