Fortement engagée dans sa transformation digitale, la Vaudoise Assurances désire renforcer son équipe en charge de l’évolution de ses applicatifs.

A cet effet, nous recherchons plusieurs Product Owner ( h/f/x) - 80-100 % au sein du domaine P&C Product & Policy, qui joueront un rôle central entre les équipes de développement IT, les services métiers et les business analyst.

Cette fonction passionnante vous amènera à travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des services métiers des assurances P&C, des équipes de la transformation digitale et celles du Système d’Information.

Les diverses missions qui vous attendent :

  • Gérer les parties prenantes (écoute, compréhension et alignement sur une même vision produit) afin de garantir la cohérence du SI P&C.
  • Organiser les analyses et consolider les besoins liés aux applicatifs du domaine
  • Évaluer la pertinence des demandes selon la valeur ajoutée pour l’entreprise
  • Définir, planifier et prioriser le backlog d’équipe en appliquant la stratégie d’entreprise (RUN/Change/Invest)
  • Représenter son domaine dans la gestion des dépendances transverses et le pilotage de sa roadmap
  • Proposer des leviers d'amélioration continue de la réalisation et des pratiques internes afin d’accompagner l’équipe lors des cérémonies agiles

Votre profil :

  • Une expérience d’au minimum 3 ans en tant que Product Owner dans le cadre d’une transformation digitale, idéalement assurantiel. Une certification PSPO serait un plus
  • Formation professionnelle supérieure (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI ou autre titre jugé équivalent)en Informatique ou domaine technique avec une composante informatique
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances dans la gestion de projet et d’évolution d’un ERP (Guidewire ou AS400 idéalement)
  • Les outils Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) tout comme les méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban ...) n’ont pas de secret pour vous
  • Compréhension de l'architecture globale IT et des problématiques d'intégration (API, microservices, etc.)
  • Langue maternelle française, maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit, niveau B2 minimum). La connaissance de l’allemand serait un plus
  • Vous êtes également organisé, curieux et enthousiaste. Proactif, vous vous démarquez par votre orientation solutions. Grâce à votre sens de la communication, vous avez un très bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe au sein d’un cadre pluridisciplinaire et multilingue
