The Service Manager role at Vontobel is a mix between a Service Manager, Product Owner and Project Manager. We are based in the Technology Platform department and are very close to our customers. What would your role be? Managing and evolving services related to Azure Cloud and Artificial Intelligence platforms Supporting and driving the standards in Windows, Linux, OpenShift Staying open and curious about emerging technologies and evaluating their potential value Continuously improving services to deliver added value for Vontobel and its stakeholders and to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Acting as an interface and coordinator between Business, IT Support, IT Engineering, and IT Security Creating and maintaining service documentation, user communication, and manuals Leading contract negotiations with external suppliers and managing associated costs Taking a proactive role in Problem Management, including leading or participating in task forces Leading or co‑leading service‑related projects from initiation to implementation What are we looking for?
