In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass unsere digitalen Produkte nicht nur fehlerfrei, sondern auch reibungslos bei unseren Kunden ankommen. Du bist der Schlüssel zur Qualitätssicherung und erfolgreichen Einführung neuer Funktionen und Produkte, die unsere Kunden begeistern. Dabei stehst du in engem Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und trägst durch klare Kommunikation und Koordination maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Projekte bei.Was Deine Rolle Sein WirdIn deiner Rolle als Business Engineer – Quality & Rollout Management übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:Rollout-ManagementKoordination aller beteiligten Abteilungen während der Einführung neuer Produkte oder Funktionen.Du stehst im ständigen Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten informiert und auf dem gleichen Stand sind.Aufarbeitung von Rollout-Content: Erstellung von FAQs, Factsheets für Relationship Manager sowie Factsheets und Broschüren für Kunden, um die Einführung neuer Funktionen optimal zu unterstützen.Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter, um sie auf die neuen Produkte vorzubereiten.Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Rollout-Prozesse basierend auf Feedback und Lessons Learned.QualitätsmanagementErstellen, erweitern und umsetzen eines Testkonzepts.Planung, Organisation und Steuerung der gesamten Testaktivitäten innerhalb des E-Banking Teams und darüber hinaus.Erstellen umfassender Testfälle basierend auf Akzeptanzkriterien und User Stories.Durchführung und Überwachung verschiedener Testarten, wie Funktionstests, Integrationstests und Usability-Tests, sowie Nachverfolgung der Fehlerbehebung.Das bringst du mitErfahrung im Qualitäts- und Rollout-Management, idealerweise im Bankenumfeld.Fachwissen: Fundiertes Verständnis von digitalen Produkten, Kundenbedürfnissen und den zugrunde liegenden Technologien.Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst gerne selbst mit an, bist pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert, auch in herausfordernden Situationen.Analytische Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und strukturierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und kannst komplexe Themen klar und verständlich an verschiedene Zielgruppen vermitteln.Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss.Teamfähigkeit: Fähigkeit, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten und diese zu motivieren.Das Erwartet DichTop Standort in Zürich.Freundliches, diverses Team in einem offenen Büro.Modernste Technologien, die dir helfen, dich zu verbessern und weiterzukommen.Flache Hierarchien mit Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen innerhalb der Bank.Und als Goodie: Kostenloses Mittagessen für alle Mitarbeiter, sowie Früchte und Getränke zur freien Verfügung.At Vontobel, we are an equal opportunity workplace.
