Description ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a passionate Senior Test Engineer ready for an exciting journey with a proficient digital finance institution? Join our team in Zurich and work closely with our client - a global leader in the banking sector. As a Senior Manual Test Engineer, you will work in a Scrum team and will be responsible for functional testing and building high level test strategies. You will also request proper test data and follow up their delivery. Embrace this thrilling opportunity and shape the future of quality engineering with EPAM. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle for upstream/downstream applications with ability to understand the requirements, perform gap analysis and requirement mapping in Agile set-up Engage proactively with QA Capability Lead regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks and other test management Report to QA Capability Lead on a weekly basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issues Manage relationships with development and business stakeholders Understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs Requirements 5+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitLab with Cloud infrastructure (preferably MS Azure) Experience on banking field Agile certifications to showcase understanding of different ceremonies and methodologies Expertise in stakeholder management and meeting relevant Quality SLAs & KPIs Proficient communication skills in English are a must, while knowledge of the German language is a significant advantage Nice to have Java/Selenium or TOSCA scripting experience Experience working with QACube software We Offer Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills Knowledge-sharing across EPAM's global Tech Communities Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Relocation support as per EPAM relocation policies EPAM Community with regular corporate and social events Career growth, performance and compensation reviews EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) (subject to certain eligibility requirements) EPAM Switzerland was named a Top Company , & by Kununu for its people centric culture built on life-long learning About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
