The Role:

Logitech is looking for an IT Service Support Intern to provide IT support and training to our end-users around the globe.

The role will require a service-oriented mindset as well as creativity in solving issues.

We are looking for someone open and flexible, a great communicator who also likes to participate in projects and enjoys challenges.

The IT Employee Experience & Services Team is a global team supporting our end users & IT equipment in collaboration with other departments in all Logitech sites.

Your Contribution:

  1. Provide IT Service support, guidance and training to end-users for various IT devices, applications or processes.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues locally as well as remotely.
  3. Perform IT onboarding activities for end-users.
  4. Engage in discovery of new IT business tools, to support our business users as well as our internal IT Team.
  5. Work with our internal IT Teams on system testing, integration and maintenance.
  6. Participate in product testing with business groups.
  7. Seek, Suggest, Evaluate and implement process and Technology improvements.

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  1. Experience in end-user desktop support.
  2. Windows 10 and MacOS Troubleshooting skills.
  3. Knowledge in Google Apps and Office 365.
  4. Great communication skills, comfortable working with various stakeholders.
  5. Good hardware install, cabling and troubleshooting knowledge.
  6. Troubleshooting skills, bug finding and resolution.
  7. Good customer service skills.
  8. Great Team player.
  9. Ability to work independently within a remote team.
  10. Fluent in French & English.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  1. Knowledge of Intune, ServiceNow or Similar Tools.
  2. Knowledge of advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting.
  3. Knowledge of Patch Management.
  4. Project management / Design Thinking skills.

Education:

  1. Obligatory school certificate (VG or VB).
  2. Currently doing an IT diploma or looking for a first experience.
