Why we are recruiting
A recent shift in roles has created an exciting opportunity for a new IT Support Engineer to join us. We’re looking for our next star team member—a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to help us continue delivering top-notch support to our colleagues, participants, and clients.
Your main responsibilities
You will be helping diverse groups of people on a variety of platforms and solutions. We’re mostly a Windows institution, but we also support Macs and iOS devices. Expect to cover a large campus and provide support where needed. You’ll occasionally team up with our AV colleagues to ensure all systems run smoothly, so being tech-savvy and open to AV systems is a plus.
Within the team, you’ll focus on areas where you already excel, while also expanding your skills and tackling new challenges because continuous learning is part of the adventure.
What we’re looking for?
We need someone who’s better with people than with computers, but you’ll still need to be great with computers. Troubleshooting, managing projects, and handling a wide range of tech issues will be part of your day-to-day. Experience writing procedures, processes, or knowledge articles is a plus
