Director of Client Solutions
Job Description
Client Solutions & International Structuring Executive
- Define and implement the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention, and sales campaigns.
- Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clients.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets.
- Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries, and relationship managers across different jurisdictions.
- Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures.
- Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business.
- Manage and lead related projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or related field.
- English and French spoken.
- Proven experience as Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience).
- Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial and management industry's standards, legal & regulations.
- Experience in tactical sales strategies to promote business growth.
- Experience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress, and enforcing employee development programmes.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Pro-active, rigorous, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Project management skills, able to juggle a number of projects at one time.
