En tant que Field Sales Manager, vous représenterez ADP et tous les services et produits (internationaux) que nous pouvons offrir à nos clients.

Votre principale responsabilité est de créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de vous assurer de conclure la transaction.

Vous serez directement rattaché au Directeur Commercial Entreprises et aurez des relations étroites avec de nombreux stakeholders d’ADP France & International pour orchestrer la proposition de valeur livrée au client.

Compétences et Connaissances Requises :
  1. Must-Have: 5-10 ans d’expérience en vente de logiciels SaaS ou idéalement dans le HCM, auprès de grands comptes.
  2. Maitrise de l’Allemand (oral et écrit), Anglais (oral et écrit), Français (oral et écrit).
  3. Maîtrise avérée dans l’élaboration de « Plan de compte » et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente complexes auprès de grands comptes.
  4. Solide expérience en vente, bonnes connaissances en gestion d’affaires commerciales, assurer une communication fluide, claire et de confiance envers ses clients.
  5. Expérience en business développement international avec interlocuteurs stratégiques du type C-level (DSI, DRH, DAF).
  6. Motivé par le succès, les résultats et les dépassements.
  7. Excellentes compétences en communication, intégrité personnelle et attitude positive.
  8. Savoir agir au sein d’une organisation matricielle internationale.
