IS Sourcing Regional Category Specialist Join to apply for the IS Sourcing Regional Category Specialist role at Experis Switzerland. This hybrid position is based in Zurich and offered as a contract from January 2025 through July 2026. It is an excellent opportunity for a sourcing professional with strong commercial and legal negotiation skills, particularly within IT Services, Software, SaaS, and Infrastructure categories, who thrives in a global, matrixed environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IS Sourcing activities for assigned requests, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance, and sourcing frameworks Define and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies across multiple IS categories including IT Services, Software & SaaS, Infrastructure & Hardware, Telecommunications, and Print Services Manage sourcing events from requirement gathering to contract finalization Lead commercial and legal negotiations for contracts typically ranging from $25K to $500K Execute RFQs/RFPs and negotiate agreements up to $2M Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and overall value creation across allocated sourcing activities Facilitate contract lifecycle activities including renewals, extensions, amendments, change requests, and terminations Maintain accurate contract documentation, metadata, and reporting within the contract management system Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts including Legal, Tax, Security, Data Protection, Finance, and AI teams Lead meetings, discussions, and negotiation sessions with internal stakeholders and suppliers Ensure sourcing activities support broader regional and global sourcing strategies Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in IS Sourcing or Procurement Proven track record in commercial and legal negotiations within IT categories Strong understanding of contracting processes and IT sourcing domains (Software, SaaS, IT Services, Hardware, Telecommunications) Experience working within European markets is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business, or a related field Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills Strong analytical thinking, decision-making ability, and strategic mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships in dynamic and evolving environments Are you interested in this opportunity?
