SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.As the Customer Support specialist, you will be accountable for providing outstanding customer service and support to clients through multiple communication channels. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries promptly and precisely. You will need to possess extensive knowledge of our products, and specifications to succeed in this role. The main focus is to support foreign clients in different languages.Responsibilities:Assisting clients, problem solving;Providing clients with information on the goods sold by the company;Writing and updating the help information provided to clients;Keeping notes on customer issues, questions and suggestions in order to pass information to other concerned employees;Interacting with other employees of the company to solve problems identified by clients;Monitoring and providing information in response to user requests on social networks and other information platforms.Requirements:At least 1 year experience in a similar role is a must;Fluency in Russian, English is B2+. Additional languages will be an advantage;Experience in crypto projects: Previous experience with crypto wallets, crypto exchanges, and similar projects is a must;Enthusiastic, trustworthy, self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset;Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially through chat communication;Proven ability to build and develop strong relationships, self-motivated with a target-oriented, competitive, and team player mindset;Experience with: Zendesk, Agorapulse, Appradar, Frontapp, Shopify, Insales, Instaram, Telegram, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn.What we offer:Remote work from anywhere in the world;Work schedule: 5/2 with shifted days off (on Monday and Tuesday) - from 20:00 to 5:00 GMT+3 or 5/2 with shifted days off (on Wednesday and Thursday), from 22:00 to 7:00 GMT+3;Competitive salary inEURO/USDT;20 working days of paid vacation;Birthday presents;Compensation for the purchase of necessary technical devices for the work; #J-18808-Ljbffr
