Nous sommes eeproperty, une jeune entreprise PropTech en forte croissance, basée dans la région de Lausanne. Nous développons et commercialisons de nouvelles solutions technologiques destinées au secteur immobilier, dans le but de simplifier le quotidien des locataires, des régies et des propriétaires. Alors que notre produit phare est déjà un « must-have » en Suisse, nous sommes à la recherche de Business Developers talentueux dans les régions de Neuchâtel/Jura et Fribourg/Valais pour renforcer notre équipe et asseoir notre position de leader, accroître la diffusion de nos nouveaux produits et augmenter nos parts de marché.

Ta contribution :

En tant que Business Developer, ton objectif principal sera d’acquérir de nouveaux clients dans l’une des régions précitées et augmenter nos parts de marché en faisant croître les ventes de nos produits et services.

En parallèle, tu participeras activement, avec l'ensemble des membres de l'équipe, à l’élaboration et la mise en place des stratégies de vente et d’acquisition clients. Concrètement, cela signifie que tu :

  • Identifieras les opportunités commerciales et prospecteras activement.
  • Détecteras les besoins et la / les problématique / s à résoudre afin de qualifier les opportunités de vente.
  • Soutiendras dans la gestion ainsi que la croissance des comptes existants et futurs.
  • Organiseras les rendez-vous commerciaux avec les nouveaux prospects / clients.
  • Contribueras à l’optimisation des processus de vente et de leurs indicateurs.
  • Identifieras et prendras part à des événements (salon, webinaire, conférence, workshop,…)

Tu es exigeant·e, précis·e et efficace. Tu fais preuve d’une grande autonomie tout en vouant une importance au travail en équipe. Tu es toujours attentif·ve aux besoins de tes interlocuteurs. On te décrit comme persévérant·e et constamment motivé·e à atteindre des objectifs ambitieux. Tu es flexible et sensible aux nouvelles technologies et le secteur de immobilier t'intéresse.

Ton profil :

  • Tu as de l’expérience et des résultats reconnus dans une fonction similaire
  • Tu as de grandes facultés de communication formelle et informelle
  • Tu es reconnu pour ton aisance à comprendre et analyser les besoins et enjeux du développement commercial
  • Tu as une bonne compréhension des approches CRM et de ses outils
  • Tu es de langue maternelle française avec idéalement de très bonnes connaissances du Suisse-allemand ou de l'allemand
  • Tu disposes d'un permis de conduire valable (déplacements requis)
