Business Process Excellence Expert

Business Process Excellence Expert vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role, with a strong focus on Business Process Management and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of lean management in an office environment and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong financial and business management acumen with an eye for identifying opportunities to achieve efficiencies.
- Strong digital acumen with relevant experience in Power BI, RPA, and AI/ML.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from inception to successful completion.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Good knowledge of business operations and financial management principles.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Proven successful process improvement in key performance indicators, such as cycle time, throughput, or quality and change management implementation.
- Fluency in French and English language.
