Tasks
  • Collaborate with product managers to plan and produce product marketing content
  • Plan, organize and co-create targeted and engaging content for all channels
  • Manage external graphic designers
  • Build up a network of publishers
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Define new brand for Optotune & carry out re-branding
  • Bring company website to a scalable platform incl. database for products
  • Organize trade shows and events
  • Manage the marketing budget
Requirements
  • Bachelor / Master with a focus on marketing
  • At least five years of professional experience in marketing communications and brand & content management
  • Experience in technological companies is highly desirable
  • Experience in industrial B2B companies
  • Experience in working with marketing agencies & creating design briefs
  • Proficiency in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
  • Leadership / Management experience advantageous
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
  • Independent, entrepreneurial work, as well as strategic work and pragmatic implementation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity and customer understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a professional appearance
  • Willingness to travel 5-10%
  • Excellent knowledge of English
