Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Stärkung und Ausbau der Marktstellung von Körber Pharma Packaging Materials AG
  • Strategische Planung und Management des Produkt- und Service-Angebots im Rahmen unserer Produkt-Portfolio-Strategie
  • Analysieren von potenziellen Partnerschaften für die Erstellung neuer Produkte oder Services
  • Entwickeln von innovativen, funktional gestalteten Produkten (Faltschachteln, Leaflets und Labels)
  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung und Beratung bei Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Berücksichtigung von internen Standards der Körber Pharma Packaging Materials AG und von Kundenvorgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit und enge Abstimmung mit unseren Niederlassungen in Tschechien und den USA
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit andern Körber Pharma Unternehmen im Rahmen der Eco-System Strategie
  • Weiterentwicklung des Packaging Qualification Services (PQS)
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Verpackungsentwickler
  • Vergabe und Nachverfolgung operativer Aufgaben, wie z.B. Entwicklungsaufträge
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Standards für Verpackungskonstruktionen
  • GMP- und betriebsgerechte Dokumentation von Entwicklungstätigkeiten gemäss SOP
  • Teilnahme an Messeauftritten, Kundenbesuchen sowie Geschäftsreisen zu unseren Tochter- sowie Schwestergesellschaften

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (Verpackungstechnik)
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Verpackungsindustrie sammeln
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist innovativ und stellst Dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen
  • Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten im Gespräch mit unseren anspruchsvollen Kunden
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Programmen wie z.B. Artios mit
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office / MS 365, Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit, von Vorteil sind Französischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du bist eine verantwortungsbewusste, zielorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Am Körber-Standort in Allschwil sind wir spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung hochwertiger Verpackungen aus Karton. Wir entwickeln für unsere Kunden aus der Pharmaindustrie Verpackungslösungen und produzieren diese nach GMP-Richtlinien beginnend bei der Druckvorstufe mit hochmodernen Druck-, Stanz- und Klebetechnologien.
