Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes internationales Unternehmen der Pharmabranche im Kanton Luzern, suchen wir ab sofort einen Global Supply Chain Planning Specialist für 12 Monate, mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser Position wird der ausgewählte Kandidat für den folgenden Aufgabenbereich verantwortlich sein:

  1. Verantwortlichkeit für ein zugewiesenes Portfolio mit globalem Umfang sowie entsprechenden Herstellungs- und Verpackungsstandorten (interne und/oder externe Standorte)
  2. Aktive Entwicklung von Szenarien zur Vermeidung und Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Lieferproblemen und potenziellen Engpässen
  3. Zusammenarbeit und Management verschiedener Stakeholder wie Globales Demand Management, regionale Supply Planer, Demand Fulfillment, Value Chain Management (VCM), Standortplaner, Vertrieb (OCO), FFT-Leiter, Finanzen und Beschaffung
  4. Falls erforderlich, Unterstützung des Global Events Management
  5. Eskalationsmanagement: effektiver Kommunikationsfluss und Eskalation im Tier-Prozess unter Nutzung von Team-Meetings und SCEM-Tool
  6. Aktive Teilnahme an den entsprechenden Tier-Level-Meetings
  7. Überprüfung und Pflege der Stammdaten der Planungsparameter in SAP S4/Hana

Anforderungsprofil

Sie sind der ideale Match, wenn Sie folgende Anforderungen mitbringen:

  1. Bachelor-Abschluss in einem verwandten Bereich (Fertigung, Logistik, Lieferkettenmanagement, Unternehmensführung)
  2. Mehr als 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung in den Bereichen Fertigung, Lieferkettenmanagement und/oder Logistik
  3. Fähigkeit, enge Fristen einzuhalten, nachgewiesene Belastbarkeit
  4. Verhandlungssichere Englisch und -Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  5. Hohe Kompetenz im Umgang mit Microsoft-Softwarepaketen (Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Erfahrung mit SAP S4/Hana oder ähnlicher MPR-Software
  7. Detailorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
