Für die **Abteilung Supply Chain / Planning in Luzern** suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, selbstständige und motivierte Persönlichkeit.
In dieser Rolle sind Sie direkt dem Manager Customer Service, Logistics & Planning Manager unterstellt und führen, fördern und entwickeln ein Team von 4 direct Reports und insgesamt 10 Mitarbeitenden. Sie sind verantwortlich für: Demand und Supply Planning, MRP, DRP, RPM sowie Inventory-Management, aber auch S&OP und NPI. Die Hauptaufgaben sind die Gestaltung, Planung und Führung der nationalen Supply Chain Aktivitäten von Heineken Switzerland.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:

- Führen des Supply Chain Planning Teams einschliesslich der operativen Verantwortung des Demand & Supply Planning Prozesses
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der verwendeten SC Planning Tools (z.B. FuturMaster) und deren Einbindung in die Business Management Systeme (SAP u.ä.)
- Kontinuierliche Analyse von Planungskennzahlen/-trends, proaktive Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und deren Implementierung in Abstimmung mit dem SC Leadership Team.
- Kurzfristige Planung für das operative Management mit Demand & Supply Planning (inkl. Management von Importvolumen) sowie Leitung des S&OP Prozesses
- Langfristige Planung zur strukturellen Verbesserung des Kundenservice Levels, der Kapazitätsauslastung und der Betriebskosten, sowie der Szenarienplanung
- Leitung/ Unterstützung von Projekten aus dem Bereich Planning (z.B. Sourcing Studies)
- RPM Kalkulationen nach globalen Standards und Verbesserungen des Prozesses
- Verantwortung über den NPI Prozess und NPI Planner, Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Supply Chain und den kommerziellen Bereichen
Sie bringen für die Aufgabe folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

- **5-6 Jahre Erfahrung in Planning Management** (bevorzugt in FMCG) oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Grundlegendes Verständnis für **E2E Supply Chain**:

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Planungstools und SAP
- **Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung**:

- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, klare Entscheidungskraft und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Offenheit für Veränderungen
- **Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse** in Word und Schrift
