As a Customer Support Management Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer support operations, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

You will report directly to our Customer Support Manager and you will work out of our Hegnau, Switzerland location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business by effectively managing customer support operations. Your contributions will contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Your leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation as a customer-centric organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and manage the customer support team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and achieve business objectives
  4. Analyze customer support metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  5. Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution

YOU MUST HAVE

  1. 8 years of proven experience in customer support management at a senior leadership level
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  5. Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
