Executive Sushi Culinary Specialist

At Konshi Asian Kitchen & Sushi, we are seeking an exceptional Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing fresh sushi and sashimi, providing the mise en place, and ensuring adherence to our hygiene concept according to HACCP standards.

• Preparing Fresh Sushi and Sashimi: You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious sushi dishes using only the freshest ingredients.
• Providing Mise En Place: You will ensure that all ingredients and supplies are organized and readily available to support efficient food preparation.
• Ordering Food Supplies: You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Adherence to Hygiene Concept: You will maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to our strict HACCP protocols.

• Culinary Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or equivalent role is required.
• Team Player: You will work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to achieve seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
