**This is what you will do**
- Create, plan and implement a global service sales strategy in collaboration with regions and key channels
- Develop and agree on key territory sales plans and budgets in cooperation with the Head of Customer Service and the sales channels
- Lead a team (mix of direct and functional lines) of Sales Coordinators, Area Sales Managers and our overseas Services Sales teams (including virtual teams)
- Achieve service sales KPIs and budgets (Orders, Sales, GM%, Service initiatives &, etc.)
- Capture growth for digital and other value-added service product offerings
- Capture growth for basic service offerings (spare parts, consumables) with a proactive approach
- Drive the data quality and coverage on the Installed Base database (CRM, ERP)
- In collaboration with the Sales Channels, generate and identify service sales leads by analyzing the IB potential and targeting those new IB opportunities with the Service solutions available
- Establish long-term customer relationships with key customers and decision-makers by understanding the requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products
- Ensure customer satisfaction issues are registered and responded to by the team
- Support the team by participating in sales activities when needed
- Be responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for service sales activities and the current status of the market
- Collaborate with all stakeholders and account teams to position different service offerings
- Evaluate and share relevant information on installed base data, sales leads, customers and competitors’ solutions and marketing trends with the team
- Drive sales efficiency by ensuring adequate selling skills for service sales community members and that the area of responsibility is properly organized and staffed
- Coach the team in formulating sales plans, negotiating and in developing customer segment expertise.

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills who has some years of work experience within service sales and customer care management, preferably in the machinery industry, as well as experience in leading a team.
**Required skills**:
- 3+ years of Sales Service/Sales Management experience + experience in leading a team
- Global mindset, experience, intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills
- High strategic, result and customer orientation
- People Management Skills - ability to develop people to the best of their ability
- Digital sales competence (training programs, customer sales experience, staffing etc.)
- Great desire to advise others and provide good service
- Willingness to learn and develop as part of a team with colleagues across the whole Business Line Instrumentation community
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage and other languages are nice to have
- Willingness to travel (20-30% of working time)
