Zürich, Schweiz xorlab AG Vollzeit

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Lead to join our Zurich-based Marketing team. This is a key role to drive go-to-market execution and adoption of the xorlab Email Security Product. You will be responsible for launching products and features, conducting effective sales and partner enablement sessions, researching the market and competition, and supporting demand generation with powerful content.

As a successful candidate, you are passionate about security and how customers work, and have prior experience in technical/product marketing, ideally in the cybersecurity industry. You’ll have skin in the game (i.e. an equity stake) and will work with the Head of Marketing, the Head of Product, and the CEO from Day 1 on. This position reports to Adrian, our Head of Marketing.

Tasks
  1. Contribute to our go-to-market strategy and refine the positioning of xorlab's products.
  2. Create and maintain key customer stories.
  3. Launch and message new product features and updates.
  4. Research existing customers and gather their feedback through calls, emails, surveys, and support tickets. Develop and maintain persona profiles.
  5. Support demand generation activities of the Marketing team with relevant story lines for campaigns, events and other tactics.
  6. Research competitive products through desk research, conference visits, and hands-on tests of trial products.
  7. Work closely with the Head of Product, Designers, and Engineers to sharpen our product roadmap based on market developments, the competitive landscape, and insights from customers.
  8. Incentivize and help our sales team and channel partners to win by producing effective sales plays and enablement tools, including training, battle cards, playbooks, demos, etc.
  9. Create and coordinate the development of focused content across the buyer journey.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert with customers and partners including actively participating in webinars and attending trade shows and events.
  11. Identify success metrics and measure the results of our strategies and initiatives to iterate and maximize results continuously.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in a B2B product marketing, product management or marketing role at a technology-driven software organization.
  2. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  3. Very solid analytical skills.
  4. High attention to detail.
  5. Strong ability to multitask with a proven track record of execution on product launches, cross-functional initiatives, and sales and channel deal support.
  6. Very strong at converting complex, technical topics into audience-appropriate content with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  7. Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus but not required.
  8. Excellent German & English communication skills, both oral and written. Additional languages are a plus.
  9. Design skills are a plus but not required.
