Rivero is a leading fintech company that specializes in automating complex processes for banks and financial institutions. Founded in early 2019, our mission is to simplify digital interfaces and enable banks to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
With a successful funding round closed in 2024, we are poised to accelerate our growth and expansion into new markets. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Product Development Leader to join our team.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Product Development Leader to lead the development of our product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives and priorities. The successful candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. Additionally, they will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
