Rivero AG is a thriving Fintech company founded in 2019 with a mission to simplify complex processes for banks and financial institutions. Our goal is to enable them to focus on customer satisfaction through streamlined digital interfaces, operating at the intersection of FinTech and RegTech.

We have experienced significant growth, and our Series A funding round has provided us with the resources to embark on an exciting growth phase. As a senior backend software developer, you will be part of our Kajo product team, responsible for building and maintaining the Kajo scheme compliance solution.

The Kajo application is a distributed system built using event sourcing and designed to support both our customers and internal scheme compliance experts. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to expand the current functionality of Kajo, maintain the existing codebase, identify pain points, and suggest solutions.

You will also develop tools to help internal users manage their workload and lead the design and implementation of new parts of the stack as the product requirements evolve. Additionally, you will share your knowledge and experience with fellow engineers to help them grow and learn.

Kajo Tech Stack

Our Kajo Backend Tech Stack consists of:

  • Languages: Kotlin, Java, Go
  • Event Sourcing: Axon Framework
  • Web: Ktor, GraphQL, Hasura
  • Database: jOOQ, Liquibase, PostgreSQL
  • Messaging: NATS
  • IAM: Keycloak

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can deliver high-quality cloud/web applications and possess proficiency in Kotlin, experience with distributed web applications, relational databases, designing application APIs, and knowledge of Git.

Salary and Benefits

As a senior backend software developer at Rivero AG, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately CHF 120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
