Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories and design specifications.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Regularly exchange with customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to advance our product and improve our offering.
Requirements
  • You are a proactive individual who advocates for customers, leveraging insights to guide product enhancements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills, fostering teamwork and motivating teams towards shared product goals.
  • Strong decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and features, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • An analytical mindset, leveraging data and metrics to make product decisions and track performance.
  • Adaptability and openness to adjusting plans and priorities based on new information or shifts in business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
  • Experience in start-ups or scale-ups, preferably in a product owner role with SaaS expertise.
  • Familiarity with payment domain knowledge, particularly with card payment networks, is a plus.
  • Tech-savviness and software development process understanding can be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
