Responsibilities- Follow documented UAM policies, processes, and use tools to manage user access across various platforms.
- User Authentication: Manage authentication mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and others, to enhance user experience and security.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Use role-based access to make sure people only have access to what they need for their job, reducing security risks.
- User Provisioning & De-provisioning: Manage user accounts from start to finish, making sure accounts are created and removed when needed.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and other teams to make sure UAM works well with the rest of the business systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep UAM policies and processes up to date as needed.
Language Skills: Must be an excellent English speaker.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related security role preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
