**Manager Access & Pricing Operations Oncology M/F/d**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports Pricing Director with International Reference Pricing analysis (IRP), pricing dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc pricing analysis supporting global markets pricing reviews and approval process, across all global markets for the two in-line brands for Bayer's prostate cancer (PC) portfolio.
- Supports the Pricing Director during the access and pricing launch readiness timeframe of a new indication with pricing review and decisions, assisting with analysis and project management, as needed.
- Leads a Steering Committee to generate actionable insights across the brands of the prostate cancer portfolio.
- Works closely with steering committee members and PC Access team members to set objectives, agendas, organizes (virtual) meetings and manages appropriate compliance requirements and documentation.
- Leads and executes Access Policy objectives, initiatives and partnerships.
- Works with team and allied functions, such as oncology policy, medical advocacy and country access advocacy team members in furthering access policy objectives supporting the PC portfolio.
- Initiates and leads an HEOR peer-to-peer program.
- Recruits and manages expert speakers, leads training, material development and global-to-local delineation of effort
- Ensures appropriate local support is present for P2P meetings either live or virtual and gives guidance on intended audiences (HCP segment(s); HTA and payer stakeholders).
- Provides operational support to Director Access marketing with content factory, Veeva vault, and global-to-local implementation of global access marketing campaigns
- Supports VP Access Prostate Cancer on ad-hoc deliverables related to cross-functional and functional team management, as well as select matrix requests.
- Supports VP and team with budget / invoicing / contracting reconciliation issues beyond individual team member budget and contracting management.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, science, biostats/epi, or engineering.
- Six years or more relevant industry experience with an advanced degree or eight years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience required in access and pricing either in global or a country in pharma/biotech company and/or in a consultancy.
- Facility with, and a passion for, data analysis and proficiency with excel a must.
- Direct experience in HEOR or indirect exposure in working with HEOR teams is desired.
- Experience in access or HCP marketing and being involved in promotional (payer) campaigns/material development in global or a market is considered a plus.
- Experience in ad board management and/or market research management a plus.
- Prior experience in access, value, communications or HCP marketing.
- Be a change champion and contribute to supporting and building the prostate cancer franchise towards its access and financial goals.
