Votre profil :
  • Formation en transport, logistique et douane
  • Expérience confirmée dans le transport routier / logistique / formalité douanière
  • Expérience dans un service customer care (gestion de litiges, suivi des clients)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques dont Excel et SAP
  • Sens du service, aisance commerciale, orienté solution
  • Organisé, dynamique, curieux, gestion du stress, esprit d’équipe
  • Français langue maternelle, Anglais B2

Vos tâches :
  • Répondre aux demandes internes et externes relatives aux dossiers clients assignés
  • Traiter les anomalies auprès des agents / partenaires
  • Mettre en place des express (mise en place d’une collaboration avec chaque nouveau client)
  • Gestion des réclamations
  • Bilan d’activité sur les difficultés rencontrées avec vos clients, plans d’actions correctives
