KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER gastroentérologie & neurologie

**Votre mission**:
Sous la responsabilité du chef de vente et en collaboration étroite avec vos collègues, vous développez le chiffre d’affaires et les parts de marché de nos produits dans le domaine de la gastroentérologie et la neurologie sur votre secteur. Lors de visites régulières auprès des spécialistes, vous promouvez nos médicaments et vous vous assurez de leur succès. Dans le cadre de notre stratégie Marketing, vous organisez des conférences, des formations continues et mettez tout en œuvre pour renforcer la réputation de nos produits aidant à améliorer la vie des patients.

**Profil requis**:
Vous possédez une formation commerciale supérieure, ou scientifique voire paramédicale, et bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie d’un an minimum dans le domaine de la vente, idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.

Vous êtes doté(e) de fortes compétences dans la vente et d’un sens de la négociation. Vous êtes déterminé(e), volontaire et capable de concentrer vos efforts pour atteindre un but précis. Créativité, aisance relationnelle, curiosité et adaptabilité font également partie de vos compétences. Vous possédez également toutes les qualités nécessaires pour travailler quotidiennement avec votre équipe. Vous fondez la relation avec le client sur la confiance et sur les connaissances dans le domaine concerné. Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins des clients et trouvez des solutions innovantes pour collaborer ensemble.

De langue maternelle française, vous avez des bonnes connaissances en anglais. De bonnes connaissances orales d’allemand sont un atout supplémentaire. Vous disposez d’une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et manifestez une réelle appétence pour le digital.

Vous êtes domicilié(e) en Suisse romande et disposé(e) à travailler sur le terrain à 100% (permis de conduire nécessaire).
