Project and Compliance Assistant

Huawei’s ERI includes the new Zurich Research Center (ZRC), located in Zurich, Switzerland. A major element of ZRC is a research laboratory focused on research in the area of advanced computing architectures for datacenters, architecture evolution design and strategic technical planning on computing architecture.
The research in ZRC is carried out by leading experts in the technological area of computing with a strong reputation as academic research partners in universities across the world or in recognized global industries. Zurich Research Center provides an “open research environment” where academics and experts are encouraged to visit and work on research alongside Huawei staff in an environment that, like the best universities and research institutes, is open and conducive to such scientific work.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining the project operating environment (working time system, project-related data, etc.), responsible for the final quality of the data; responsible for the maintenance and analysis of project information (manpower, progress, etc.); responsible for the collection, integration and management of process documents.
- Integrate project plans and monitor execution; track project demand status; organize key work plans and track and monitor work progress; undertake key issue/risk management and track closed loops.
- Assist in formulating relevant rules and regulations and work requirements and promote implementation; assist in heavyweight team management, and be responsible for the operation support of core group regular meetings.
- Disseminate project management standards and methods; promote excellent practices and lessons learned within the team, and build a project management exchange platform; pay attention to issues that affect the efficiency of team project management and promote improvements.
- Implementation of compliance policies (such as the implementation of trade secrets, export controls, network security, information security, etc., and organize relevant training, etc.)
- Direct involvement in the support/coordination of projects attributed.
- Regular internal reporting on project planning and operational progress.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (Speaking, Reading and Writing in Chinese are required)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, and strong execution capability
- Excellent information and data processing capability
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work thoroughly
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
