Recruitment Account Manager IT Contracting

Based in the heart of Zürich, our client is looking for an experienced recruiter who can immediately make an impact to their clients and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Take over responsibility for top clients delivering the best IT contractors from a leading database and network.
  • Compete, challenge and lead the market for contracting placements.
  • Seek new business opportunities within the warm accounts to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.
  • Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to be a top account manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years or more in recruitment specialising in IT.
  • Communicative, outgoing and passionate about recruitment.
  • Relationship-driven account manager who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results.
  • IT contract recruitment experience on the Swiss market.
  • Genuine service attitude coupled with a sense of urgency and tenacity.
  • English and German professional level.

Normally account management roles such as this one are only ever available to internal colleagues. This is a unique chance to join a great culture and take responsibility for a key client.
