For our Market Unit Financial Services, we are looking for an addition to our project management.
In this role, you will focus on managing complex and varied IT projects in the banking and insurance environment.
You will have end-to-end responsibility in the team for the smooth execution of our projects and thus shape tomorrow’s software landscape of the Swiss financial industry.
Leading and overseeing IT projects with a focus on the financial industryActively managing project risks and problemsManaging stakeholders at different hierarchical levelsAdvising clients on their project challengesLeading international project teamsProject planning, controlling, and reportingPlanning personnel deployment for different project phasesGuaranteeing the flow of information and ensuring that the solutions developed meet our high quality standardsActively identifying potential business opportunities for Adnovum and follow up together with the account managerPreparing offers, contracts, and offer presentations in cooperation with the account managerBachelor's or master's degree (university, ETH, university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or similarSeveral years of experience in managing IT projects in the financial environment, ideally in IT consultingExperience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Fluency in German and EnglishWe are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
