Job Description:

Supplier Operations Excellence Manager - Pharma manufacturing and operations - vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector with "Should Cost" models experience.

Your tasks:
  1. Driving process improvements across supplier manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
  2. Managing cost structures through should-cost modeling and TCO analysis to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Optimizing manufacturing and packaging processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold high-quality production standards.
  4. Leading cross-functional teams and large-scale operational improvement programs, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  5. Delivering training on Lean principles, process optimization techniques, and cost management strategies to build team capabilities.
  6. Collaborating with suppliers to embed best practices and achieve continuous improvement in manufacturing across diverse dosage forms.
Your experience/knowledge:
  1. Experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, and pharmaceutical packaging processes across all dosage forms.
  2. Extensive experience in should-cost modeling, cost management, and financial analysis is a must.
  3. Expertise in test methods and process efficiencies for primary and secondary packaging.
  4. Proven ability to implement Lean initiatives, including Black or Green Belt, and drive process improvements in manufacturing or production environments.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in optimizing packaging processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the pharmaceutical industry.
  6. Language skills: English.
