**Beschreibung**:
Die Organisation “Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst”, Teil der globalen Group Function “Corporate Strategy, Sustainability & Sites”, stellt die Infrastruktur für den gesamten Standort bereit und entwickelt diese kontinuierlich und auf innovative Art weiter. Der Circle "Maintenance Support & Spare Part Solutions" als Bestandteil von "Operations & Maintenance Assets" sorgt für einen reibungslosen Betrieb von Areal, Gebäuden und Anlagen. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist im Fachbereich des Maintenance Support & Spare Part Solutions angesiedelt, welcher die Versorgung von technischen Gütern in der Instandhaltung sicherstellt. Dieser Arbeitsbereich umfasst ein breites Spektrum von der Ersatzteilbeschaffung, dem Stammdatenmanagement bis zu von vollautomatischen Kleinteile
- und Palettenlagern und technische, zerstörungsfreie Qualitätskontrollen.
**Der oder die perfekte Kandidat**: in bringt mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement mit, vorzugsweise im Pharmaumfeld. Die Person hat einen Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder im Ingenieurwesen und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung im Prozessmanagement. Eine hohe IT-Affinität sowie fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ergänzt durch gute Englischkenntnisse, runden das Profil ab. Des Weiteren ist die Person eine positiv denkende und integre Persönlichkeit mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten. Ausserdem stärkt der Kandidat in das Vertrauen innerhalb des Teams durch Transparenz, proaktive Herangehensweise und eine offene Fehlerkultur. Der Kandidat: in schafft eine Umgebung, in der das Team selbständig Aufgaben, Aufträge und Projekte bearbeiten und weiterentwickeln kann.

- Optimierung und Implementierung von Prozessen, inklusive durchführen von Trainings
- Strategische Ausrichtung mitplanen und mitgestalten resp. umsetzen

- Unterstützung lokaler & globaler Arbeitsgruppen z.B. Spareparts Community
- Operative Mitarbeit im in Circle (Unterstützung in der operativen Beschaffung)

- Business Support im Circle (Operations & Maintain Assets)
Qualifikation
- Min. Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen (\*\*\*\*\*)
