To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Technology Transfer Engineer (M/F/X).
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Provide expertise in cell culture and/or protein purification.
- Participate in Tech Transfers and analyze data from laboratory studies.
- Contribute to writing protocols, SOPs, and improving laboratory organization.
- Support departmental projects, including commissioning new equipment and implementing new systems (e.g., ELN).
- Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to ensure project success.
ABOUT YOU:
- Engineering degree or equivalent in biotechnology (HES, EPF, or Bachelor’s).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment within biotechnology.
- Strong knowledge of cell culture (experience in purification or analytics is a plus).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment with strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
