YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

As an Programme / Project Manager - Technology and Equipment Development, you will be part of the global function, Engineering Solutions for Philip Morris International. The position is based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

Within this role, you will:

- Define equipment & technology strategies for a product family
- Lead end to end projects to develop, design and industrialize new technologies and equipment for manufacturing the new smoke-free products
- Deploy the initial volume of your developed technology and equipment by leading the installation & qualification according GMP like processes in PMI affiliates to fulfill the capacity deployment and process requirements
- Collaborate with the teams of R&D Product developers, Engineering Design, Industrialization and Prototyping, Procurement, Safety, Quality, PMI affiliates and OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and other internal and external stakeholders
- Be the project manager for your projects and be the portfolio/program manager of your technology product family
- Keep connected with the innovations & trends in the technologies and packing industry
- Are part of an Engineering Development team of which you are with your ca. 10 direct peers of several nationalities responsible for the development projects and technology strategies for the several product families of PMI.
- Are invited to take ownership of your learning, personal development, and your career development.

Do you have:

- A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering Science or related disciplines
- Proven experience in FMCG Packaging industry in Equipment development
- Strong Project and Portfolio/Program Management skills
- Strong knowledge & skills of product/packaging technology & equipment development
- Knowledge of GMP
