We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Project/Program Manager to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ServiceNow projects for our clients. As a German-speaking Project/Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all phases of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and project team members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and motivating team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Change Management: Support clients in managing organizational change and adoption related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to continuously enhance project delivery processes.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project/Program Manager, ideally within the ServiceNow ecosystem or IT Service Management (ITSM) field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or HRSD. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
