Middle Office Specialist - IB Operations

Your role
Are you interested in working within the GT, FX, Rates and Credit businesses in Switzerland? Do you thrive in a busy environment? We're looking for someone to:

  1. ensure trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness) between internal systems through the performing of various controls
  2. face off to GT, FX, Rates and Credit trading desks to proactively review and manage risk and drive improvements to help the business operate as efficiently and risk-free as possible
  3. perform front-to-back reconciliations and manage lifecycle management related processes, monitoring and improving transaction flow
  4. ensure that trade booking practices adhere to predefined models
  5. perform bilateral and multilateral trade compressions creating balance sheet optimization (Trioptima & Capitolis)
  6. ensure our regulatory transaction reporting obligations are met

You will be working in the Middle Office Trade & Lifecycle Services team based within Investment Banking Operations in Opfikon. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise
  1. an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team

  5. good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  6. knowledge of GT, FX, Rates and Credit products and a general interest in financial markets is preferred
