**Your role**
- Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role?
- We’re looking for a Trade & Processing Specialist to:
- execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
- understand the risks associated with your business and function
- work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action
- operation of forklifts, maintenance of machinery
- control, receipt/handover and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments
- archiving, inventory, ordering and OZL processing (inputs and outputs)

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Precious Metals physical Vault team in Zurich.
- We are a small team covering UBS Switzerland AG Zurich and UBS AG Zurich physical precious metals orders and vaulting processes. Furthermore we are also the point of contact for various internal stakeholder such as Trading, Sales, Client Advisors etc.

**Your expertise**
- trained logistics specialist with experience in the forwarding sector, forklift license is an advantage
- efficient and precise in the processing of orders
- self-employed and show initiative
- resilient, flexible and ready to deliver top performance
- set up and maintain a good relationship with colleagues, superiors as well as internal and external customers and can use their ability to work in a team profitably
- high sense of security and sense of responsibility
- quick comprehension and flair for excellent service in the service sector
- very good knowledge of German, spoken and written. English, French and Italian is an advantage
