Vos missions

Ce sur quoi vous allez travailler

Nous sommes une startup centrée sur l'humain, la technologie et en forte croissance. Nous constatons une forte demande en Suisse romande et avons besoin de soutien. Après une phase de mise en place commune, tu seras responsable de la structure et de la coordination de la Suisse romande. En nous basant sur tes points forts et ton intérêt, nous créons un profil professionnel qui va dans la bonne direction. L'être humain (toi) et nos clients sont au centre de nos préoccupations, nous trouverons le reste ensemble.

Vos compétences

Choses clés que nous recherchons
- Tu assumes avec l'équipe d'Aepsy la responsabilité du développement du marché, des processus opérationnels et de la croissance en Suisse romande.
- Tu as de l'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la communication, des opérations, du marketing ou du business development - de préférence dans une jeune entreprise.
- Le français est ta langue maternelle et tu connais la Suisse, ses différences culturelles, ses chances et ses dangers.
- Lorsque tu entends ce sur quoi Aepsy travaille, ton cœur devrait battre plus fort parce que tu ne veux pas laisser passer cette chance. Dans ce sentiment, il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin.

En bref
- Tu as acquis plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la communication, du marketing, des opérations ou du business development et tu es prêt à franchir la prochaine (grande) étape.
- Tu es capable de traduire de manière analytique et structurée des faits complexes en processus et en mots simples.
- Tu aimes communiquer et tu n'as aucun problème à mettre en œuvre de nouvelles idées et de nouveaux défis avec pragmatisme et détermination.
- Tu aimes t'intéresser à la vie et à la psyché
- tu as une formation ou une expérience professionnelle qui montre que tu peux transformer des résistances en succès personnels
- Tu parles couramment le français et l'anglais (oral et écrit)

- Expérience personnelle de la charge mentale
