Head of Finance and Controlling

We are looking for an ambitious personality as a Head of Finance and Controlling.

You join a Swiss based company that supports other companies throughout Switzerland in the realisation of state-of-the-art working environments. My client offers a great deal of freedom of action and the opportunity to take on an operational and strategically central role.

About the role

Head of the Finance department with Controlling, IT and HR

Leading a small team and collaborating with various external partners

Process responsibility, monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, audits, taxes

Bookkeeping in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations with the support of the accounting clerk

Credit risk and debtor management

Responsible for internal and external reporting

Customer/supplier contracts, personal and property insurance, rental contracts

Fleet management incl. purchasing passenger and commercial vehicles

Analyses and projects in close cooperation with the CEO

Your skills

You have at least 5 - 10 years of professional experience in the field of finance/accounting/controlling and have the advantage of experience in employee management

You appreciate fast, short decision-making processes in an owner-managed SME

You speak fluent German and have excellent English, French is an advantage

You have proficient IT and MS Office skills, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage

You inspire with a convincing, winning demeanor and can-do qualities
